Beginning with our first phn call with Eppy, we had an exceptional experience with Carpet Source. Dillion is a very professional and well informed salesman, with great taste. He helped us make our carpet and flooring selection after listening to our likes, dislikes, and after looking at our home design. The installation crew was meticulous. We just had new drywall and baseboards installed and painted. Andrew and his crew made every effort to avoid damaging the work. This part of our home renovation has been flawless. The best part is, they came to us with the samples and quotes. We never had to go into a showroom or warehouse. The salesman, saw our home first hand. From the start, our experience with Carpet Source has been phenomenal. When Tim came to the door for our initial meeting, I was impressed with the tools he had, including the tool to measure our rooms and the computer program that he used to diagram our house and prepare our quote. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to come back a second time to speak with my husband and me together. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (unlike some other places). Setting up the time to get our house done was easy and the workers that came to our house were courteous and flexible. They answered my questions, moved our furniture, and left the place looking great. I also met the owner Don, who came to my house shortly after the install because I had a concern with the carpet. I was not expecting the owner to come and I found him to be just as knowledgeable and friendly as the rest of the staff that I had interacted with during the whole process. We shopped around and we found that Carpet Source had great prices. There were no hidden fees or vague estimates. Everything was in one number, which included our carpet, pad, removal of the old carpet and pad, and furniture moving (which MANY places said was extra and would be “a hundred to two hundred probably”). The customer service is what really sets Carpet Source above the other retailers in the area. We are happy with our floors and plan to use them again when we finish the rest of the floors in our house. You will not be disappointed to use Carpet Source for your flooring needs!

Don Lovato the owner came to the house to measure and show us flooring samples and he was on time, very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The flooring showed up on time and the pricing was very competitive! It was convenient to have home service and not have to go to a giant store where I would have become overwhelmed. Don used his many years of experience in flooring as well as awesome ingenuity to resolve a unique issue with a portion of laminate floor that Carpet Source installed for me over 10 years ago. That's what I call a fantastic warranty! Perhaps their new motto could be,"We've got you covered.... Not only carpet, but laminate , vinyl, etc... with a REAL warranty!" They are my 'go to guys' when it comes to floor covering. The convenience of having many choices of different kinds floor coverings come to your home where samples can be viewed in your home. I got a quote from the big box home improvement store (had to pay for quote) and was unamused. $$$ I checked with friends on FB and like 5 people recommended Carpet Source so I messaged them. I got a rough quote in a day, a visit from Don with official (free) quote a couple days later (the quote was nearly half as much for a better carpet) and I paid in full on the spot. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the whole team. Someone clearly put some careful thought into streamlined business processes. I never got asked the same question twice and the whole team was obviously communicating effectively. Most importantly, the carpet was installed a month earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation (again, great communication) and the bedroom looks like a completely different place! Don and the installer even recommended some home improvements to help protect the carpet. This was easier than I thought it would be by a long shot, much less expensive than I anticipated, and generally pleasant. The product is great, but the experience is often just as important!

Carpet source just completed replacing tile and carpet in my home with luxury vinyl plank flooring and installed new baseboards. it took a while to get the product in (not their fault, everything is on backorder), but through the process, they were great at communicating and rescheduling. Epie and Dillion were easy to work with. very accommodating and knowledgeable. and Andrew and his crew did an amazing job on the install. very professional, on time and really exceptional at their craft. We recently had Carpet Source replace our old outdated Berber carpeting to a denser carpet for our two service dogs! We also replaced our luxury vinyl plank stairs for carpeting since our dogs slipped very harshly on the LVP stairs! From the time we walked into the shop, had Don come to our home and explain all the types of padding and carpeting to the install was nothing but perfect! The installers especially Jesse were all professional, carful and kept the areas neat and tidy! We went to at least 4 other locations to look for carpet and I can’t say enough positives about our experience and we absolutely love our carpet padding and choice! It’s a rare occurrence in this day and age to have an experience with a company from start to finish that is nothing less than excellent. I didn’t have to drive around visiting different flooring places because I told Don I wanted luxury vinyl and he brought samples to my house. I selected Honey Oak for my 1950’s home and Don agreed it was a great choice. Andrew and Martin were the installers and you’d be hard pressed to find anyone better or harder working as they were. Andrew called me to let me know when they would arrive at my home to start the job. He was professional, polite and well spoken. Once they arrived Monday morning 7:45 AM they worked hard , efficiently and did an excellent job. I greatly appreciated the fact they were trustworthy and respectful of my property. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Carpet Source. Don quickly came out to see what we needed. He had samples and was able to give us a bid on the spot. (we'd been trying to get bids from others for quite a while. They'd come, look, then never get back to us.) Don came a second time with more samples. Once we choose a product, it took a while for supplies to come in, but once they did, Carpet Source quickly scheduled installation and was able to recommend a great company to move our furniture out of the way. Installation took less time than scheduled, and Jason really knew what he was doing, was efficient, clean, and timely. Finally, he continued to work to make sure everything was installed perfectly and we were completely satisfied. Eppie answered the phone every time we called, and was pleasant and helpful. I am very impressed.

Wonderful experience Our experience with Carpet Source was excellent from our first contact through the installation of our new carpet. Don was very personable and professional when he visited our home to determine our needs and present solutions.
